VAPE COILS
Coil are the most important part of your VAPE TANK or VAPE KITS it’s responsible for heating up the E-LIQUIDS or vape juice and vaporising it. There are different types of coils available on the market from standard coils to the newest mesh coils. It is important that you understand how they work and which to use with your vape tank for the best performance. Remember, more power gives you lower resistance and less power gives you higher resistance.
Coils are constructed from a coiled wire (different gauges) or a piece of mesh and some wicking material (usually cotton, which absorbs the e-liquid or vape juice). Low resistance coils (Sub Ohm Coils) produce warmer vapour and larger clouds, whereas high resistance coils (MTL) produce less vapour but can be used with a higher nicotine strengths for an overall immense nicotine and flavour hit.
SUB OHM COILS (lower resistance) will provide warmer vapour, a slightly drier hit, and bigger clouds. The downside is that you’re going to use your e-liquid more quickly and typically you’ll need to vape at a higher wattage meaning if you’re using a single 18650 li-ion battery it will drain faster. Mesh coils are actually a strip of metal with holes punched in them, creating a larger even area to heat up the e-liquid or vape juice giving you more vapour and flavour. The only downside is that you are going to use more of e-liquid.
